Join me for this small group 90-minute immersive workshop designed to introduce you to the art and science of NeuroGraphica® Drawing. This transformative practice combines creativity, mindfulness, and self-discovery, offering you tools to reduce stress, enhance clarity, and unlock hidden potential.
Each session is dedicated to a unique NeuroGraphic algorithm to reduce stress, bring calm and clarity, and get unstuck.

Course Structure:
Each 90-minute session will include:

2. Guided Drawing: Step-by-step practice of the algorithm applied to a personal topic or challenge.
3. Reflection: Group discussion or journaling to gain clarity and integrate the session’s insights.

• White paper (8.5” x 11” or heavier)
• Pen and black Sharpie markers (medium thickness)
• Colored pencils or highlighters
